U TIN LATT
U Tin Latt is the President and Executive Director of Chindwin College. Besides being the Vice-President of the renowned Soe San Boarding School at Pyin Oo Lwin and at Nay Pyi Taw concurrently, he also manages a diversified service business in Myanmar before founding Chindwin College. A graduate in Electronics Engineering from the Rangoon Institute of Technology, U Tin Latt also holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore.
U KYAW NI KHIN
U Kyaw Ni Khin is a Director of Chindwin College and Executive Director at the SCCD Hotel School. A graduate in Electronics Engineering from the Rangoon Institute of Technology and a professional engineer by training, he has considerable experience, both working in Myanmar and overseas as an engineer, in management and as an entrepreneur. With a strong insight and knowledge of the local business environment, practices and challenges coupled with a wide-angled view of international trends and developments, U Kyaw Ni Khin consults regularly for Myanmar family businesses and conglomerates. He is also a founding member of Myanmar Egress - a non-profit organization dedicated to leadership development and capacity building in Myanmar.
ELVIS CHONG
Elvis is the Academic Director at Chindwin College. He holds an MBA (specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management) and an MA in Educational Management from the Nanyang Technological University. His regional work experience spans business development, hotel management and organizational & human resource development. Elvis is a technical advisor for vocational education & training (VET) and he is also an organizational development and hotel management consultant in Myanmar.
U TIN MAUNG CHO
U Tin Maung Cho is the Acting Head of School of Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He oversees the IFC programmes and is a senior tutor for the HND programme. He also heads the College’s Engineering Lab, tasked with providing the students with practical lessons and project-related work for the HND programme. Prior to joining Chindwin College, he spent most of his career as a hardware and service engineer in the IT-related industry. U Tin Maung Cho earned his Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering from the Mandalay University.
JOSELITO D. NACIONGAYO
Mr Joselito Naciongayo is the engineering tutor for the HND in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Joselito, a Filipino national graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Mindanao State University. His main areas of engineering expertise and work experience lie in electrical power transmission and distribution. He was previously a planning & design engineer at the Visayan Electric Company in the Philippines.
U YE WIN
U Ye Win is an associate engineering tutor for the IFC programme. A Bachelor of Electronics Engineering graduate from the Rangoon Institute of Technology, he has a good mix of teaching experience and engineering practice as an entrepreneur. U Ye Win continues to teach at the Mechanical Training School (upper Myanmar) of the Ministry of Agriculture & Irrigation and previously lectured at the Mandalay Technological University.
U NAY MYO KYAW
U Nay Myo Kyaw teaches the IFC programme as an associate engineering tutor. Prior to joining Chindwin, he worked at Samsung and MRTV as a service engineer. U Nay Myo Kyaw earned his Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering (distinction) from the Mandalay Institute of Technology.
DR HTEIN LIN
Dr Htein Lin is an associate tutor in business management for the HND programme. His domain knowledge is accounting, management and entreprenuership. Dr Htein Lin has lectured at the undergraduate level and was faculty member of the MBA programme at the prestigious Yangon Institute of Economics. Dr Htein Lin earned his Bachelor and Master degrees in Commerce from the Yangon Institute of Economics, and is a Phd holder from the University of Gottingen (Germany). He is currently Deputy Director (Market Information & Research) at the Ministry of Commerce.
DAW KHIN MOE MOE LWIN
With more than 20 years experience teaching English Language courses at major educational institutions in Myanmar including as Head of Department (English) at the prestigious Defence Services Institute of Technology, Daw Khin Moe Moe Lwin has been conducting preparatory classes for Myanmar students at the pre-university and undergraduate levels. Since 2001, she is the academic co-ordinator and language instructor at the Cyber English Centre, Mandalay University.
A postgraduate degree holder in English, Daw Khin Moe Moe Lwin is responsible for the English Language Proficiency programme for the IFC programme at Chindwin College.
RIZA D. NACIONGAYO
Ms Riza Naciongayo is responsible for enrichment programmes at Chindwin College. Riza, a Filipino national graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the Mindanao State University. Her main areas of engineering expertise and work experience lie in electrical power transmission and distribution. She was previously a planning & design engineer at the Visayan Electric Company in the Philippines.
DAW TIN TIN ZAW
Daw Tin Tin Zaw is the Student Administration Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary from the University of Mandalay. A seasoned administrator with the renowned Soe San Boarding School in Pyin-Oo-Lwin for more than a decade, she brings considerable hands-on school & facilities management experience to Chindwin College.
U SOE THU WIN
U Soe Thu Win is the College Administrator for Information Technology. He holds a diploma in Computer Studies (UK) and is well versed in programming, network configuration & administration and web design. Besides being the webmaster, U Soe Thu Win is responsible for all IT administration & maintenance and also oversees the computing lab at Chindwin College.
